Sidelined by Kejri, Kumar Vishwas says he is the ‘youngest Advani’

Neglected in his own party, Hindi poet and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) spokesperson Kumar Vishwas said that he has become the ‘youngest Advani’ in Indian politics.
Participating in a Kavi Sammelan in Amethi from where he had contested in the Lok Sabha polls in 2014 against current Congress president Rahul Gandhi, Vishwas said, “Before anyone makes fun of me, I am saying on my own that everyone wants to honour me as I have become the youngest Advani in politics.”
He compared himself with Advani as he did not get a Rajya Sabha berth despite working hard to establish AAP.
Vishwas also took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rahul Gandhi. “Modiji planned to deposit Rs 15 lakh in everyone’s accounts, but people close to him ran away with the money. First Vijay Mallya and now Nirav Modi,” said he taking a jibe at PM’s false promises.
He mocked Rahul by saying that the potholes he had seen four years ago in Amethi has remained there despite Gandhi’s promises of development.
Vishwas said his job has become to make way for some Sanjay or the other. “When I fought polls from Amethi, pujya pitaji was sent to Rajya Sabha. Now another Sanjay Singh got a berth,” he said.
